Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. Refund processing may take upto 5-7 business days. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

2 days refund window from the course commencement date on System Design Masterclas (https://arpitbhayani.me/masterclass/), no questions asked.
2 days no-questions-asked refund policy for 'Learn at your own place' offering under System Design Masterclas (https://arpitbhayani.me/masterclass/)
2 days no-questions-asked refund policy for 'Applied AI Masterclass' (https://arpitbhayani.me/applied-ai/)

For cohort-based courses, you can request a full refund within 2 days of the course start date - no questions asked. The refund window closes at 11:59:59 PM IST on the second day of the course. For example, if the course starts on a Saturday, you can request a refund until 11:59:59 PM IST on Sunday.

You are ineligible to claim a refund

if you are outside your refund window (please check your course page and its FAQ section for more details)
if you opt for non-refundable offering of the course
if you choose to download the invoice from the course portal
if you are doing a B2B transaction
if you are moving from one cohort to another
if you somehow have the payment link of the live cohort and you enroll after the cohort has already started

How much amount will be refunded?

100% of the amount will be refunded, if you are eligible for a refund (refer above for more details).
