Delusional people win when building happens at the speed of thought. If you are delusional, you are going to build something that nobody else is willing to build. That is the point.

Build at the speed of thought. Most won’t move because they are thinking rationally. Rationality optimizes for safety, consensus, and short-term comfort. It keeps you stuck where everyone else already is.

Be delusional about the thing you are building. Not careless, not blind - but stubbornly convinced that it matters.

Delusionals move fast and keep going, while others quit.
