Clear Goals and Visible Outputs Energize Work and Prevent Burnout

You feel burned out when you are putting in a ton of effort in many directions without a clear goal in mind.

But, the moment you have a clear direction, know what you are working toward, and can see outputs (not even outcomes), the same work feels energizing.

Hence, I always try to set achievable goals and focus on getting outputs at regular intervals. This keeps me grounded, motivated, and far from burning out.
